Inspections.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. No cost, no obligation, and you keep the photo report whether you hire us or not.

How long does it take?

About an hour for most homes, plus a few minutes in the attic if you allow it.

Do I need to be home?

It helps for the first few minutes so we can hear what you've noticed, but it isn't required.

Insurance and storms.

Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We document the damage, write the estimate in the format adjusters use and meet your adjuster on site.

Do I have to use the insurer's roofer?

No. In Texas you can choose your own contractor for a covered claim.

Can you waive my deductible?

No. Texas law requires homeowners to pay their deductible, and we follow it.

Cost, materials and warranty.

How much does a new roof cost?

It depends on size, pitch, layers and material. After the inspection you get a written price, not a range.

Shingle or metal?

Shingles cost less upfront. Metal lasts longer and handles hail and heat well. We'll price both if you ask.

What warranty do I get?

Manufacturer coverage on materials plus our own 10-year workmanship warranty, in writing.

Book your free roof inspection.

Most inspections happen within three business days. You get a photo report either way.
