How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on size, pitch, layers to remove and material. After the free inspection you get a written price, not a range.
What if it rains during the job?
We don't open a roof when rain is forecast. If weather turns, the deck is dried in with underlayment the same day.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need driveway access and an outdoor outlet. We text photos as the work progresses.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes. Where a permit is required we pull it and schedule the city inspection.
